SMS Consent Script — Internal Operations Reporting

This page documents the verbal consent process used to enroll KickBallz staff in the automated "Pulse" daily ad spend & revenue report sent by text message. This program is not a consumer marketing program — it sends a single automated internal business-operations text per day to staff who have requested it.

Enrollment script

When a KickBallz staff member requests to receive the daily Pulse report by text, their manager reads the following before enrolling their number:

"Would you like to receive a daily automated text message from KickBallz with our ad spend and revenue numbers? You'll get one message per day. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or START to resubscribe. Reply HELP for help."

Once the staff member verbally agrees, their mobile number is added to the internal reporting tool's recipient list by management, and the daily automated report begins.

Opt-out

Recipients can reply STOP to any message at any time to stop receiving the daily report, or contact customerservice@kickballz.com.
